The music is absolutely beautiful and the meditation is powerful, yet relaxing. I do the meditation all the time and enjoy the fact that side B has the music without the words, so that I can just enjoy the music without the guided meditation, if I choose to. I plan on using the guided meditation when I am teaching my next class of Reiki I students. I would recommend this CD for ANYONE. If I lay down and play it, it relaxs me I and fall right to sleep.
