We own about 7 of the titles in this Healing Garden Series. They do all sort of "sound alike" as another reviewer stated, but they accomplish the purpose for us.

They are great to use with children and I also benefit from listening to them. When my kids are stressed out or angry, I let them choose which Healing Garden they want to listen to. Just telling them that I am putting in "perfect calm" for them seems to set the stage for them to begin to relax. The music is pleasant and soothing and they have no trouble falling asleep with it playing softly in the background.

There are many similar albums out there but they always seem to cost quite a bit more (around $9 or $10) so I think these are a good deal.

This CD is perfect calm. I have to force myself to stay awake to listen to the entire CD. I think anyone who deals with a lot of stress on a daily basis, should buy this CD.
