This CD is one of my favorites. The music is calming and soothing. It gives just the right rhythm to my movements.

Perfect CD.......2005-11-10

All of the tracks on this CD, from the beginning to the end, are a terrific aid in allowing the unconscious mind to perform an amazing internal journey of the imagination. I use this CD exclusively with my clients for hypnosis sessions. It is one of the most perfect CDs to listen to for meditation as well....it allows you the most freedom to explore and roam than I have ever experienced before. I highly recommend adding this to your "zen" library!

Calming.......2003-04-24

This is my favorite of the various "Yoga" CD's played in the Yoga classes I go to. It is calming, seems to facilitate focus, but is not obtrusive. Some of the tracks remind me of Steve Roach. This CD would be a good background for other activities such as painting.
