This CD has the pleasant sounds of rain falling outside your window. There are no sounds of frogs croaking or birds chirping, etc., which I find unpleasant, as they keep me awake. I put this CD on repeat and it plays throughout the night. I REALLY like this soothing sound of rain that is on this CD. It is the best "rain CD" that I've found. I have given away a couple of other "rain CDs" because they had "thunder sounds" & "frogs/birds/etc.sounds" BUT this CD is just "wonderful rain sounds"!

I live in the city and use environmental CDs to generate "white noise" and cover up street noises. I set my CD player on repeat and play the disk all night long. This disk has proven quite useful for this purpose

I really like to hear rain on my rooftop. This is a really good Cd. It sounds like real rain. I enjoy listening to it at night. It is relaxing.

I wanted just the sound of the rain in the country and this delivered. A few sounds of birds, nothing distracting, and no music, just the sounds of rain. A good value.
