excellent choice.......2006-09-02

I have been looking when in myself and epsecially at my chakras in that of doing a lot of self healing and this CD set is great.
CD1 has some beautiful soft music and it does relax one after a hard day at work.
CD2 the chakra meditation is just as good in that one starts to work with the chakra centers and one will notice the difference in ones self ater using doing the meditation a few times.

The first CD is basically "chillout" music. While listening to it, you may likely 1)hug yourself, because you're worth your own love, especially after having scored such a good CD, and 2)doze off at some point. Yeah, it's like that!

The second CD is a guided meditation led by Dr. Chopra that is easy to follow. Dr. Chopra gives a very good, very solid sense of orientation relative to chakra meditation. This was my very first introduction to chakras, their significance, and how to tend to them. The music is unobtrusive and serene.I have learned that there's more to chakras than what's on that CD, but to start out from scratch without having an actual TRUSTED person to teach you, I think using this CD is a great way to go.

I first heard this in a meditation class I was taking and I had to get it! The music is wonderful and the guided meditation is extremely relaxing and refreshing to your mind and body.

This immediately made me relax. I think everyone could use this!The meditation is so easy to do. It guides you step by step. The music is lovely.

This CD was a breath of fresh air. I couldn't have asked for a better way to be introduced to meditation. The music was absolutely gorgeous and respectfully non invasive to the meditation. After experiencing this music, I felt clearer, focused and more powerful.
