I have used this walking tape for more than 10 years. I just purchased one for my sister, who loves it as much as I do, and an extra one just in case the one I'm currently using wears out. Gale talks briefly to you during several of the songs...just enough to keep you going. When "It's Raining Men" comes on, you'll automatically pick up the pace. Have tried several other walking tapes, but always come back to this one. I'm delighted that it's still available to purchase.
