Democrat, Republican, Independent? It doesn't matter!.......2001-08-22
I saw this very rare CD in my local SamGoody shop during the election between Bob Dole and Bill Clinton. Since it was on sale and looked good, I decided to buy it and give it a shot.
This CD is definitely worth what I paid for. It makes fun of Rush Limbaugh, President Clinton, Bob Dole, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Janet Reno, Richard Nixon, John F. Kennedy and many more!
The humor begins at the very first track starting off with Bob Dole's "agenda" on how to win the election. The album then takes off from Hillary Clinton's anger at Bill for the Lewinsky case to Janet Reno exposing her "feelings" towards President Clinton. If that's not enough, there's the Washington Family Feud to show the aggression between Democrats and Republicans. Even more...Bob Dole goes on Nightline to help improve his ratings and ends up doing the exact opposite!
Now of course, these aren't the actual politicians, but once you hear this CD you will almost swear that it's really them. Everything is wonderfully done...the imitations and sound effects will make you feel like you're right there.
This is a very well done CD. It would make a perfect gift for anyone who is into politics or for anyone who needs a good laugh. Like the CD says..."Voting is a privilege, use it or lose it!"
