Great CD haa I have always loved Weird Al and this is the best place to buy new CD's and DVD's because it's cheaper than having a middle man to buy through.

4 out of 5 stars The magic returns........2006-10-19

"Weird Al" Yankovic's fifth album was "Even Worse". That's not a description of the album's quality, the title (and album cover) is a parody of Michael Jackson's Bad album. If Michael is "Bad", Al is "Even Worse", get it? This was one of Al's best selling albums, mostly due to the popularity of "Fat", a parody of Michael Jackson's hit "Bad". The album features five song parodies, five original songs and a rap version of the "Twister" commercial jingle (spin the spinner, call the shot, Twister ties you up in a knot). There is no polka medley of recent hit songs, which have been most of Al's albums. Most of the songs are very funny. If you like Al, you'll like this.

5 out of 5 stars Weird Al's Best Album .......2006-09-30

Easily Weird Al's best album. Perfect in every way. Buy it.

5 out of 5 stars More of "Weird Al"'s parodies and spoofs.......2006-09-07

"Weird Al" Yankovic took a studio break after the 1986 release of his fourth album POLKA PARTY!. I would assume that he felt he needed it since he put out one album a year between 1983 and '86. Like his self-titled debut, there is no polka medley on this album. However, once again,Al is paying homage to the King Of Pop Michael Jackson with Al's parody FAT,another food song, set to the music of Jackson's self-penned 1987 megahit BAD. Not only that,Al spoofs Jackson in the front cover photo. The only difference is,Al's jacket has many more buckles then the one Jackson wore in the cover photo of his album BAD. Even the FAT video had a nearly equivalent setting. Al wore concealed, inflated bladders in the video so he looked grossly overweight. Yankovic originals include STUCK IN A CLOSET WITH VANNA WHITE(Al pays homage to Pat Sajak's former letter-turning assistant on the hit game show Wheel Of Fortune),YOU MAKE ME,MELANIE,VELVET ELVIS,the rap-flavored TWISTER and the James Taylor spoof GOOD OLD DAYS. This album features parodies of some oldies-but-goodies,like (THIS SONG'S JUST)SIX WORDS LONG with music from Rudy Clark's GOT MY MIND SET ON YOU(later covered by the late ex-Beatle George Harrison),and I THINK I'M A CLONE NOW with music from I THINK WE'RE ALONE NOW,made famous by Tommy James & The Shondells in 1966 and Tiffany Renee Darwich in '87. Another oldie that was parodied is LA BAMBA(made famous by the late Ritchie Valens and later covered by Los Lobos and featured in the 1987 film of the same title). Al turned it into LASAGNA,an ode to pasta lovers("You gotta taste my lasagna, don't you get any on ya,you sloppy peeg(faking an Italian accent)!"). And another oldie parody, this one entitled ALIMONY,set to the music of another TJ&TS hit recording,MONY MONY(later covered by Billy Idol). This album's title treatment was very much equivalent to BAD. I dedicate VE to the memory of the legendary Elvis Aaron Presley(January 8,1935-August 16,1977). After this album,Al took another studio break, this one much longer which gave him enough time to come up with ideas for his 1992 follow-up,OFF THE DEEP END.
