Better than "Daria El Alma"...I liked "Con La Romance" bette.......2005-05-17

This is good erotic, mass-consumption salsa, and Wichy is a very capable singer. This record, however, reeks of the same "overproduced purity" of erotic salsa POP CDs. The band is very low-keyed and almost "stock" sounding. There's no creativity that sets their performing apart. Con La Romance sounded more creative, even though all 3 are decidedly "erotic salsa" albums.

I give it 4 stars because I would have loved Wichy to let go (as he did in the Descarga Boricua CDs, the Bobby Valentin 25th Anniversary DVD, and other concert venues).

Not bad...but musicians should demand better than the same stock, reproduced, cookie-cutter salsa albums.

A great singer...a production that sounds like the rest.

If you get only one of Wichy's CDs..get "Con La Romance"...and don't pay full price (go used). It's just not worth the full $15.00.
