Customer Reviews:
Where have they been hiding??.......2001-04-22
This is great album from a virtually unknown band. After listening to it, I only wanted more. The musicians are extremely talented, the band is tight, the music is fresh. Mr. Blu definitely shows off his talents as musician, songwriter, arranger and especially band leader. The versatility in Barbara Bock's voice is also evident. At times she is powerful and soulful. At others she sounds like an angel. Whatever she's singing, she sounds perfect. I can't recommend the CD enough. Definitely worth the money. More people should know about them!!
Steely Dan Jazz-Rock With Soaring Female Vocal.......2001-03-16
WOW! This CD is way to hip to skip. Just great stuff. These guys can really play. Outstanding tunes....wicked tight band with a cool-hip sound....it's got something for everyone......check it out!
What a line up!!!!.......2001-03-09
Heard of these guys from a friend of mine, so I picked up a copy at one of there shows. I took a drive and popped it in and it literally took me to another place. Joni Mitchell meets Steely Dan meets Tower of Power. I actually missed my exit listening to the title tune I was so into it. I highly recommend this cd to anyone who can appreciate good musicianship.
