There are just two long tunes on this live recording which was recorded -you know where-. Everyone stretches out on both tunes. It's interesting to listen to the music unfold. These guys have been playing together, on and off, for many years. Parker and Moondoc go back to the 70's where they started with ensemble Muntu. Drake has played with Parker on numerous memorable and essential recordings.

This is another worthwhile disc for your collection. The drawback may be the hefty import price. You could try, instead, the fine Moondoc and Parker recordings on Eremite, some of which are or will be available at Amazon!
