This album was one of Klaus's 80's, creatively stuck, material. Over all it's OK a return to some older ideas and rehash of different things most obvious is the final track which goes back to Mirage days only more updated and modern. Other tracks are almost abstract or minimalist stuff.. I'd heard this album was a step forward for him but really not much of one. Poor.

This is a recording from Klaus Schulze's 1980s 'MIDI' period, which also includes the better 'Miditerranean Pads' and 'Angst', either of which would be a better choice than this album. The music here seems rather unfocussed for Schulze, normally a very on-point composer, and the vocal on the final track is a downright mistake, right up there with the vocals on Tangerine Dream's "Cyclone" in terms of tactical errors. Your money would do better if spent elsewhere on Klaus's work.
