Spiegle Willcox died three days ago, and I just returned from his funeral. I had the great pleasure of attending several of his jazz concerts, complete with his great comedic banter. Some of the pieces on this album were part of a concert I attended. We laughed our way through "Ham and Eggs" and got teary-eyed at other pieces. He has a way of getting right through to your soul while he makes you feel quite at home at the same time. This will make you feel good!
