Music in the Key of OM is one of the most soothing tracks that I have in my collection. I am not sure what happens in the brain while listening, but I enter a differet state of mind while I play it repeatedly as background. I have been lulled to sleep with it on my iPod. This recording fits in very well with my four-disk collection of "Healing."
