4 out of 5 stars Best of Hiroshima.......2007-02-07

fine musicianship on this DVD but I miss more authentically Japanese content, this is too pop mainstream for my taste

5 out of 5 stars Best of Hiroshima.......2007-01-09

This cd is definitely the best fo, although Odori is by far the best cd of Hiroshima. Most are hits from primarily three of their lps/cds. That takes nothing away from the great music they have produced over the years. If you've not ever heard of Hiroshima, this is a great introduction and maybe you'll fill your collection with their great music.

5 out of 5 stars Hauntingly Beautiful Sounds Take You on a Journey.......2006-05-23

As a fan of smooth jazz, I found this CD to be one that is a must for my jazz collection. I will not give any technical comments, I will simply say that this is an incredibly beautiful sound. Its Far Eastern quality easily transports one to a hauntingly wonderful place; extremely relaxing! This is my first purchase by this group, hence a greatest hits CD, however it will not be my last. Although all of the cuts are A+ "One Wish" is awesome!!!

5 out of 5 stars Relaxation at it's best.......2006-03-14

I just wanted to say that I love my 'Best of Hiroshima' CD. It helps me to wind down at the end of a long stressfull day. I love the nice mellow tunes as well as the upbeat rhythms. It's nice relaxation music at it's best!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to 'mellow out'.

3 out of 5 stars This Is A Good Starting Place!!!.......2005-12-28

I always recommend greatest hits or compilation CD's when listeners are unfamiliar with an artist. Such would be the case with Hiroshima (the L.A. based band). This is a good starting place for those wanting to get a taste of their world/pop/jazz sound. They have their own unique style. The top cuts on this one are San Say, One Wish, and Go.
