Latin Fusion Belly Dance.......2002-02-04

This cd is exactly what it claims to be. In NYC there is a growing trend for combining Latin and Arabic music and dance styles. It's becomming quite popular, and some of the tracks on this album could certainly be used for fun, bouncy choreography. It's not for slow undulating type dance, but I think it could be quite useful for group numbers, and for those experimenting with Spanish Belly Dance styles.

As the name emplies it is a Latin American Hits album but it is not for belly dance. There is one song that has some possibilities but you still get the distinction that this is a Latin sound. Give it to your Spanish dance friends for a fun twist to what they do, but you as a belly dancer won't find it too useful.
