Must Have French Hip-Hop Ragga Hybrid.......2006-07-03

This CD has got so much soul. Think the best of gangsta rap meets Raggamuffin sung in French street slang. There are some amazing tracks here- Vietnam, and Respect or Die, being two of my faves. If the album was recorded in English instead of French, then it would probably have gotten a lot more attention in the US. Oh well, even if you are an anglophile you will still love these block rockin beats. Must have for all World Music DJ's. Much respect to Big Red and his heart-felt effort that really is transglobal in appeal. Cant wait to hear his new (2005) release!
