An absolutely transcendental album. It goes beyond a placid breezy evening walk in the lower east side - straight-up to one of the hottest sake bars in the east village (240 East 9th Street). This is a must for anyone who indulges cool high-flying rhythms and exhilarating upbeat music. I met Lampara in one of those crazy boogaloo bars in Brooklyn, he told me everything about this project, now its released. Couldn't believe my eyes. Congratulations! (Moby, NYC)

The kaleideoscopic sounds from the Decibel album have prevented me from thinking about much else ever since I bought this record and popped it in my CD player. How could so much genius and creativity be concentrated in just one source. My cat's brain exploded and oozed from his ears upon the second listen. He was only a kitten, but a worthy sacrifice to whatever musical god has brought me so close to heaven, I am sure my cat does not regret it, after all if I had to chose one way to go, to meet my maker, what better choice than to channel death through the sounds of life, Decibel. I stared at the cover picture for ages trying to figure out what this half face could tell me, what other secrets would unfold, as neighbors banged on the door, asking me turn it off, as they were unable to avoid the hypnotic rythims. Of course, only kaos would unfold upon the liberation of this new-sound technology, orgasm for the ears, yes I felt I could " taste" the music, or was it the other way around? I could not tell anymore, perhaps It was me who was being eaten, or should I say devoured by this fateful sound, this fateful music, this experience of lust-contained and life mutated and morphed into the whole-experience of being without being, the self transfigured, the life unleavened. I can only, in the deep nirvanas of my mind, ask for more, I am not afraid to beg for it, and this should not surprise you.

This album is amazing. The opening track is a mixture of distorted-reversed hip-hop beats and spaced-out retro-lounge atmosphere. The vocals sound Jamaican and deep-down dirty. This song needs to be remixed, over and over again.

In terms of production, engineering and music arrangements, it goes beyond the new and clearly emblematizes a new statement in sound and lyric definition.

An absolutely transcendental album. Straight-up International to one of the hottest sake bars in the east village (240 East 9th Street).

This is a must for anyone who indulges cool high-flying rhythms and exhilarating upbeat music. The vocals are pretty hardcore, especially in songs like Dance Together, Never Said, Aflote and Fragancia Mareosonica.

DISCO AROMA is profound, alive, crisp, an absolute zero and those earthling soundscape arrangements.
