Auditory feast from Japanese master producer.......2005-07-01

Makoto Kubota's collaboration with Vietnamese musicians celebrates the rich heritage of Vietnam, as well as the natural music of the language and the landscape. Influences include electronic jazz, Brazilian samba, and French chanson, to name a few. Like the best fusion cuisine the results are delightful.

Yes, the import price is expensive by North American standards(my copy cost Y2,500 in Japan - about $24). However, for something different and overdue for discovery, lovers of chillout music, world music, and electronica might as well treat themselves.
