The 'Dubba, Dubba, Duh' Goddess Reigns.......2005-08-13

There are great voices out there - Piaf, Eva Cassidy, Joni Mitchell - and there's this (unknown in the USA) woman, Nicole Croiselle. I grew up on her voice, and actually, any of you who ever hummed or sang anything from the films A MAN AND A WOMAN or LIVE FOR LIFE scored by Francis Lai on UA Records in 66 and 67 know her great voice by heart. That's her, the 'dubba, dubba, duh' girl (not to belittle her in anyway - you can't beat the dubba, dubba, duh, dude)

After you buy this, go find Lai's scores for LIVE FOR LIFE or UN HOMME ET UNE FEMME on vinyl on UA to hear her sing NOW YOU WANT TO BE LOVED, or just hear her hum the main theme.
