Habs el Nisa was an amazing experience. The variety of music styles throughout this album make the listening experience interesting and enjoyable.
I also found Yuri's album easy for me to understand as I too am learning Arabic.

My favourite songs are:

Akhi Adam for its beautiful lyrics
Al Mar'a Al Arabiya with its fast paced funkiness,
Moushkilati Anti with its slow passionate chant,
Lan Aktoula Al Tinnin with its amazing link with the story of Jason & the Argonauts,
Majnoun with its funky disco beat,
Intaha Al Alam with its guitars and sad arabic melody,
Birasm el Bayh' for its witty and exotic nature,
Allimini for its traditional arabic passionate tune
Ya Laytaki Ma'i for its romantic 'spacy' tune.

I recommend that you also try Yuri's 1st album "Arabyon Ana" which is also superb!
