Agepe leads the Brazilian pack.......2001-05-09

This CD is very high on my all time favorites list. I like to buy it as a gift to friends as an introduction to Brazilian music. Agepe has a wonderful way of expressing the musical line of Samba on top of the sound of a very relaxed rhythmic ensemble. You get his vocals superimposed with the very interesting sound of Brazilian percussion instruments and a wonderful instrumental band. The technical quality of the sound is also superb. I wish many more CD's like this were available from this fine Brazilian vocalist.
