A great introduction to Sicilian folksongs. As the title states, its a bridge over the strait, a way to get to the culture and folklore of the island. I'm a first generation American and this music brings back many happy memories. My parents had sratchy records with these songs, and used to play them frequently. Its nice to here them clearly.
