This is good music for relaxation, doing Tai Chi or Yoga, etc.
It turned out to be less exotic than I thought from listening to the excerpts. I am undecided on buying more by this artist.

I ordered this on the advise of a friend. What a relaxing CD. If you are looking for something that you can sit back in your recliner and forget about your troubles or something relaxing to drive to, don't pass up this CD.

I just love the soothing almost mystic sound of Shambala. It is wonderful to simply allow myself to drift with the gentle voices and the music. Often I use it too when I do body work and it supports my clients to relax without passing out. I liked the CD so much, that I bought several copies as gifts to share with my friends.
