This is nothing short of a classic. This is up in the ranks of Carcass and Repulsion in my book. The only complaint that I have is that it should be longer. But with 63 or whatever tracks, it works none the less. If you like any kind of grind BUY IT.

This album came out after a long period of silence from The Masters, who include Rikard (vocals) Johan (bass) Urban (guitar) and Peter (drums). This pure, unadulterated and vile Swedish Grindcore is a must. The song titles are wicked, but that's the point, it makes me chuckle with glee as I tell my friends that I am listening to 'Frenzy Faecal Munching' by Regurgitate. I must warn the novice, the first 'song' on this album is not for the weak in stomach. 'The Act of Internal Regurgitation' is the sounds of someone regurgitating their intestines. You can hear the water splashing about. You can hear the groans. It will make you feel queasy, it will make you uneasy, it will make your intestines wriggle as you gulp back bile from an attack of nausea. But after all, what did you expect from an album with song titles like 'Worm Eaten Rectum?' You may have the fleeting urge to drink a bottle of anti-septic while listening, or even to regurgitate, just remember, it should be Effortless.

Regurgitate is the most powerful and almighty band that has ever existed. They bring out the Satan in me. Every time I listen to them I want to go eat a live animal and regurgitate it. I highly reccomend these rockin dudes. every time I listen to this CD I want to eat it and regurgitate it and put it back in my CD player and listen again. The CD is even better than Mortician's Hacked up for Barbeque which is a classic in my eyes. Thanks Regurgitate- KEEP ON REGURGITATING! , Love, Pop Kilroy
