A great christian heavy metal band..........2002-04-11

I, too, was an avid listener of bands like Dream Theater, Metallica, Queensryche, and such bands. Teremaze is a great replacement for them, if you are looking to find a christian version of the music you like.

They have a nice, full sound, and the lead singer compliments the music very well. I really enjoyed the lyrics and thought that the rythyms and sounds made for great listening. I gave this album 4 stars instead of 5 only because on a couple of the last tracks, the vocal recording seemed too quiet compared to the rest of the songs, as well as the music.

This cd has quickly become one of my favorites to listen to when I am in the mood for something heavier.

unbelievably good album

I just bought this album last week, and have yet to take it from the CD. Absolutely unbelievable! The lyrics are intense, and the guitars crushing. Clinton Johannes (lead singer) has a great range on his vocals. He can hit the powerful highs, and can growl with the best of them. Before I quit listening to secular music, Dream Theater was my favorite, and I thought untouchable. Teremaze is a perfect replacement. The songs are more like ballads than just songs. Teremaze has so many cuts and rythm changes in there music, it leaves you crying for more. This is one of the best albums I have ever heard. And that is coming from an ex-listener of Metallica, Pantera, Dream Theater, Queensryche, and the like. BUY IT NOW!!!

Teramaze is an on-fire for God band. They really show their love for God in their lyrics. I listen to their songs and they bring me closer to God, and make me focus on Him alot more than some of my other music!
