1 out of 5 stars Lost Gem.......2007-02-08

I picked this up just yesterday on CD but actually had bought it on Cassette when it first came out in back 1990. This album as a whole is really good so I'm surprised that it didn't do better than it did. My personal favorite tracks are "Wicked Sensation" which I believe there was a video for), "Sweet Sister Mercy", "All I Want", "Dance Of The Dogs", & "No Bed Of Roses". So if you like "Dokken" or just like heavy blues rock 'n roll, do yourself a favor and pick this up..the whole album is good. I might also add their second album simply titled "Lynch Mob" is pretty good as well, they do a killer version of "Queens" "Tie Your Mother Down" on that one.

4 out of 5 stars A good follow-up.......2007-01-17

A good follow-up to their debut album. If you mix the two albums together and play all the songs, you won't hear any difference.

5 out of 5 stars Blues-cock rock at its best...........2006-10-04

I've gotta say -- this is really a great CD if you like melodic "metal" with a bluesier feel. Lynch is legendary and excels on every track. That's nothing new. I think Oni Logan was a SPECTACULAR find as the lead vocalist. His voice is everything defined by this genre -- husky, raw, sexy, smoky & oddly sensual. More expressive & technically able than Robert Mason's on the self-titled release. No shortage of standout tracks -- the naughty "Wicked Sensation", sultry "Sweet Sister Mercy", rebellious "Hell Child" , pensive "Rain", wistful "Through These Eyes" & yearning "For A Million Years." As stated by a previous reviewer, I'd agree that fans of Badlands will dig it...

5 out of 5 stars Great alternative for Dokken fans.......2006-07-10

I had this on cassette years ago and heard a cut on XM and decided I MUST get on disk. I forgot how great it was. Excellent songs - great blues influenced rock 'n' roll!

4 out of 5 stars Lynch Mob - 'Wicked Sensation' (Elektra/WEA).......2006-04-05

Originally released in 1990,this was the band's first record.I know this may sound sort of lame, but with George Lynch on guitar,Oni Logan on vocals and Mick Brown on drums,I always thought that Lynch Mob sounded like, simply another line-up of Dokken.Which,if you ask me,that's a good thing.Tunes I liked best were the title track "Wicked Sensation","River Of Love","All I Want",the ass-kicking "No Bed of Roses" and "For A Million Years".More or less, just good guitar-virtuoso rock&roll.Actually saw these guys on this very tour.Does anyone know if Lynch Mob,by any chance might still exist?
