Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Pretty Good for hardcore.......1999-08-18

Well, I bought this album b/c I dug the title track, and expected nothing else of value since I never liked MOV's other stuff. But to my surprise, This is a pretty good CD. The guitar parts are incredible, not from a technical standpoint but from a nice simple 3 chord one. The shouting, while slightly monotonous, does fit the tunes mostly. Unfortunately, The song "Make a Change" would have been an amazing punk song if some singing was present. And my biggest complaint is one I have with the whole genre: Too often, the music settles into the same old speedy 2/4 time hardcore beat which gets quite repetitive. But If you want a good CD to listen to while pounding something over and over and over again with your fist, this works well.
