Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Great Ready for some Real 80's Metal! Scream it Out!.......2005-03-11

Wow,what a great album.Obsession is one of those lost overlooked bands of the 80's Pure hard hitting 80's metal.Metal anthems, furious rockers and ballads,it's all here.Mike's vocals are really great.Hitting every high note, the man can sing his ass off!The guitarists in this band are very talented as well, and so are the bass player and drummer.Solid musicianship all around.
1.Four Play/Hard to the Core(6/10)Not the best song on here.A little bit too fast!
2.High Treason(7/10)This one rocks! The guitar riffs and furious vocals take no prisoners!
3.For the Love of Money(8/10)Great song.More impressive guitar work.Such talent these guys had!
4.Killer Elite(7/10)Great song title!Another solid track. This one much like the first sounds a bit like the filler of the album.
5.Desperate to Survive(10/10)The 3rd best ballad of all time. This song was used in 1987's Sleepaway Camp 2.A movie worth buying. This song really is so great I can't describe it.Great vocals, great guitars, great bass, just great everything. This song alone is worth buying the album!
6.Methods of Madness(6/10)Not bad.
7.Too Wild Too Tame(7/10)Good song.More cool guitar riffs!
8.Always on the Run(8/10)Picks up the pace of the album.Great Song!
9.Panic in the Streets(10/10)Some of the coolest guitar riffs and hooks of all time on here!Excellent song.Great chorus!
10.Missing You(10/10)This is what real music sounds like. You have to hear this song! It's so totally excellent. You must own it.Pure 80's metal with another great chorus line!
11.Waiting for Your Call(10/10)Suberb!Another sizzling song off this album. Will have your speakers melting down with pure electric fury'n'fire!
This album is a must own for 80's metal fans and people who like actual good music. This is music of the 80's,which puts today's music in it's place,THE TRASH CAN!TODAY'S MUSIC SUCKS!So do yourself a favor and listen to some real rockin tunes from a time when music was real music, not like today's sh*t is!Buy this Obsession album. You should like it!
