The album is short, but it's a mad dash to the finish line. Handsome Dick Manitoba, formerly of the Dictators, barely takes a breath in these ten songs -- in thirty minutes! -- devoted to sex ("I Want You Tonight"), drugs ("Speedball") and rock'n'roll ("The Party Starts Now," "Haircut and Attitude"). Joined by his longtime cohorts Ross the Boss and Adny Shernoff, together here with Shrapnel guitarist Daniel Rey, Handsome Dick tosses in one of the most heartfelt, if hilarious, tributes to New York City ever recorded. It's some party.

Released in the 90s, this album I bought on vinyl,being a fan of late 70s rockers the Dictators.At the time could not really understand why they did not use the Dictators name, but that has now been rectified.The album is very good, catchy rock tunes, and the band are very underrated.
