Inspirational Music.......2005-01-17

I just heard Spurfiftyeight for the first time yesterday in Houston, Texas. They were performing at a church. I am already hooked on this wonderful and ispirational band. With great vocals, talented band members, and awesome thought-evoking lyrics, this band will go far. This CD is a wonderful compilation of not only original songs written by the lead vocalist Aaron Ivey, but it also includes a few songs written by other bands and renditions of classic hymns such as "Wonderful Cross," "Come Thou Fount," and "Nothing but the Blood." Image of New by Spurfiftyeight is sure to leave you pondering the meanings of the song lyrics and wanting more of this stimulating band who originated from Houston, Texas. Look out for their new CD, Blessed Catastrophe, which will be released sometime in February 2005.
