Liquid Rhythms and Vibrant Vocals.......2001-08-18
This is not background music. It's more active than that. There's a heavy, liquid rhythm to the album that absolutely melts your muscles when you play the album from beginning to end. At the same time, the vocals are strong - the singing/chants are repetitive, positive thoughts that really deserve to be contemplated. And the voice itself really sparks your interest with personality.
Anyone who thinks that New Age music is sung by flaky or corny people will certainly change his mind when he hears this musically intriguing and vocally intense album.
I would recommend it to anyone who collects spiritual albums. And I would also recommend it as a first purchase for someone who's been thinking about buying one, but is worried they might be boring. Because this one is certainly not boring - not by anyone's standards.
