This was once the only Steve Goodman CD available. Tracks from his first two albums were tossed together for this budget bin release. The Buddha remasters of Steve Goodman and Somebody Else's Troubles have rendered this disc expendable.

City of New Orleans is the most American, perfectly crafted folk song I know. It has the poetry of the words and music moving the song forward.
