This is a trip down memory lane for me and takes me back to the nights (and mornings) I spent at Simon's in Gainesville, FL. I believe this CD came out in 1995 or 1996 and is one of the first House CDs I ever purchased and also exposed me to the San Fran vibe that DJ Dan helped develop. It was DJ Dan and Keoki that initially got me into "techno" music. A true original, the album starts off with a gospel-like introduction ala the Preacher scene in Eddie Murphy's "Coming to America". Overall a classic 'techfunk-house' with a strong break-beat feel, but it's not for my tastes anymore. The full track listing is below as amazon.com didn't have it...

This is the album that got me interested in techno many years ago. Almost impossible to find on CD, this is still one of the best house mixes I've ever heard. I'm very glad they're re-releasing it.
