Above average(very good,in fact)thirteen track collection of remixes from Faust's 1999 'Ravvivando' CD (see my review). Artists that did a rather fine job on the mixing board of such include the Residents, Trillion and Mathias Schaffhauser, among others. Tunes I was most impressed with were "T.Electronique", "Wir Brauchen Dich #6", "D.I.G." and pretty much all three versions of "Carousel II". Pure electronic / industrial bliss to be found here. Just as good as the modern-day krautrock classic 'Ravvivando". A should-have.

faust exists for 30 years now and still they are capable of making innovative music. celebrating their birthday artists like kreidler and the residents did a brilliant job in recreating their music. the results are sometimes astonishing and always more than interesting.
an absolute must for everyone who thinks that there is hope for new music
