About the Artist
Eric Person is well respected on the international music scene. He has worked with many greats in Jazz from Dave Holland, McCoy Tyner, Chico Hamilton, Ronald Shannon Jackson,World Saxophone Quartet, and rockers Ben Harper and Vernon Reid and Living Color. He is featured on over 30's as a leader and sideman, encluding Dave Holland's ECM 1995 release, "Dream Of The Elders" and Ben Harper's "The Will To Live" and his video documentary,Pleasure+Pain. With five CD's out as a leader, Eric is focusing on his band Meta-Four. The bands CD's Extra Pressure and 2003's Live At Big Sur are both instant classics. A must for any music collection.
