About the Artist
Teddy Deane had three vaudevillian style great uncles who played fiddle, banjo, and concertina while clog dancing in the sand. Ted has no clogs or sand, but he does have a clarinet which he has played for more years than is any of your business. For the last decade he has led The Swingline Cubs band and characterizes the experience as very bearable. Before that he wrote music and produced shows for the Storefront Theater in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that he was a member of the infamous Holy Modal Rounders.
Steve Boden wears several hats. One of them used to be a derby, but hes lost that in the back of a closet. Mostly he wears his cool thirties straw which sets the tone for his reminiscences and voluminous knowledge of `20s and `30s music. You may remember Steve from his many years with the Boden and Zanetto Duo, which was notoriously famous for their tuxedos and derby hats. That aside, the fact is that this guitarist/singer/radio personality is the real living legend theyll be singing about in the 2020s. Featuring: Teddy Deane, Steve Boden.
