    Andy plays and writes real jazz. His music is genuine, original, and full of beauty. This recording is atypical for this era of flashy licks and standardized patterns. Andy is a unique improvisor and composer. The supporting players are awesome. They swing beautifully. Buy this recording and really listen.

    Very intricate writing. Creative music played by gifted players. Andy plays great, full of feeling , not to show off his impressive technique.
    Just wish I could have heard Chris Rogers blow some solos on trumpet.

    Well, there's a lot that can be said. I have all three of Andy's releases and the music is inventive, progressive, and at the same time melodic. Andy also has great chops and improvisational skills. Really great - don't miss his CD's.
