Product Description
Hewlett Packard has added some pep to their OmniBook 4100 line, with the addition of a Pentium II processor and even better graphics features. The result is the new OmniBook 4150, which weighs only six pounds but turns in heavyweight performance. The Pentium II is the highest-performing mobile processor available today. Forget the higher clock speeds offered by its competitors; the Pentium II continues to deliver the greatest overall strength in business, multimedia and 3D applications, and it does so while consuming a minimal amount of system power, keeping your notebook cool and longer-running. Equipped with this processor, the OmniBook 4150 will still be capable of running your CPU-intensive software a year from now and beyond. The hard drive, of course, provides plenty of storage space for all your files and applications, but if you have extra-high storage needs, you can always pop a second hard drive into the OmniBook's modular drive bay. This is also an easy way to make backup duplicates of your important data. The OmniBook 4150 has an optional CD-ROM drive which makes installing new software and viewing multimedia CD's fast and smooth, and 16-bit SoundBlaster Pro compatible audio output. Stereo speakers and a built-in microphone are also present. Hewlett Packard's pre-installed TopTools software readies the OmniBook for network integration and management; the notebook also supports DMI 2.0 and has multiple security features to protect both your data and the notebook itself.
