I purchased AVB's "Boundaries of Imagination" just recently, and was a big fan of that, so I bought this relatively new release (Sept. 2003) on the blind. I'm very pleased.

"Universal Religion" is a high energy dance floor filler for the serious house/trance/electronica fans, and will have your blood racing and foot tapping, if you're not dancing that is. There aren't a whole lot of vocals, but when they appear, they grab you tight. Track 5, "As the Rush Comes", is absolutely brilliant.

I wouldn't listen to this every day, but when you need high energy, this would be a good choice. For something less intense and more dreamy with tracks you've probably heard before, check out "Boundaries."

This disc is easily one of my top 3 from Armin. I had only heard the first three tracks, but that was enough to convince me to buy it. The whole album was exactly what i was looking for, deep melodic trance. The only track i didn't really care for was number 4, but thats only the opening 30 seconds and the closing 30 seconds. the majority of the song was excellent and is only a little gripe, but it was because the rest of the album was almost perfect. highly recommended for Armin fans who might be holding out because this is an import.

I'm kind of at a loss of words. This album is what founded my love.. my obsession with trance. Armin Van Buuren having the skills to be named #1 dj. I felt like I was on drugs when I heard this album. (I wasn't) Really am at a loss of words. Just freakin buy it. You won't be dissapointed. Unless your deaf of some sort.

I can completely agree with Gustavo Fonseca. This is one of Armin's best mixes. Mixing is perfect, track order also, you can enjoy this album wherever you are. My favourite section is the last four tracks, those tracks are superb in Armin's point of view. I can highly recommend this album to anyone who's interested in trance music, or want to get acquainted with it. A flawless five stars.

This is probably my favorite AVB mix. There are a lot of recognizable tracks but the order and flow are very well planned. As usual AVB's mixing is perfect.

This is a great cd for those who want to get more acquainted with trance, as well as those die-hard fans. I rank it as one of the best trance cd's of 2003, along with Tiesto's Nyana (cd2), and the Lost Language - Exhibition compilation.
