5 out of 5 stars Wranglers Come a Ridin'.......2005-09-20

This album made me laugh and made me cry. It brought back happy memories of Summer Camp singing around the campfire and of long lost days working at the Dude Ranch. Wranglers Come a Ridin' with Riders in the Sky. Extremely enjoyable, I will be ordering more of their albums. -JP

4 out of 5 stars never thought it would happen.......2001-01-20

I suppose it was a natural progression really, our family saw the Riders perform at "Los Disney" (L.A.) recently and from then on,I've been humming Woodies roundup and have rejoiced at having found this delightful music.I find that after I make my bed and close the door, spin it on the Bose (cut 3)laying on the newly made bed it clicks and I am chillin' with the cowdudes from El Lay. Oh My. mmmmmmmmmmm yodeling. Sounded creepy at first, even I had to admit. But I'll be, that 'ol Ranger Doug can SING!! Just a few bars of desert serenade and well , laying on my bed after work, I find my shearing slippers just tapping right along with him. Ranger Doug; himself a living irony in that he hails from Minnesota originally. But that is the kind of thing that comes across with this band. Their good natured humor is so perfectly suited to their schtick. Now to just get Ricky Martin signed.(Relax, just kidding Woodie)For all to enjoy: These are treasured modern crooners that deliver the goods musically. So what if it's a tad cornball.Enjoy all the colors in life's pallet I say.

4 out of 5 stars This is a fun little CD. Children will like it........1998-06-27

Rider's in the Sky sing some fun songs on this CD. Children would like the bouncy and clean humor that these gentlemen exibit. I personally like there show with the skits better but this is a good CD.
