Born from back breaking labor under an unforgiving southern sun, Jet by Day might be the hardest working band in the country. Described by Dulcimer Players' News as "one of the dulcimer community's best songwriters and performers", Heidi's music is featured on the new Masters of the Mountain Dulcimer, Volume Two recording. She has published two books of music for the mountain dulcimer, So Sang the River, Songs of Bill Staines, Vol. I and Dance with Orion, a collection of original songs and instrumentals. Her latest CD Gypsy Wind is receiving critical acclaim and radio airplay throughout the US, Canada, Australia and Europe.
