Customer Reviews:
1979, a Year Music Got Close To The Light.......2006-11-07
I always will call 1979 the year that music got close to the light, as it was the one year when the walls came down, and genres crossed into one another.
This 10 track retrospective is a good example of the diversity that topped the charts in '79. From Disco Classics (I Will Survive, Ring My Bell), to the camp from the openly gay Village People (Y.M.C.A.), to country (The Devil Went Down to Georgia), to a reworked track from Bruce Springsteen via the Pointer Sisters (Fire).
You have here a taste of what went on back in '79.
The dramatic ballad, another 70's staple is also featured here with Sad Eyes, and Just When I Needed You Most, and another 70's icon the "songs that defy description" is featured here with Escape (The Pina Colada Song).
There was much more to 1979, but this collection is a good primer.

Those Were The Days!!.......2004-02-03
Ah, 1979. It was the last year that disco ruled the pop charts, new wave began its rise, rap had its first Top 40 hit ("Rapper's Delight"), and every newscast began with a countdown of the number of days hostages had been held in Iran. As a 9 year old, I heard these songs everywhere, from "My Sharona" played round the clock on the radio, to "Sad Eyes" and "Just When I Needed You Most" played during slow skate at the local roller rink. I saw most of these songs lip synced to on "Solid Gold" (remember that show?), where Dionne Warwick's hair got shorter every week. I thought Charlie Daniels was one bad dude when he was talking about the Devil coming down south, where I lived at the time! Who knew then that "Y.M.C.A." would become the most played song in the history of the universe? And though I've listened to it for 25 years without tiring of it, I still don't have the foggiest clue what Debbie Harry is singing on "Heart of Glass?!" Needless to say, this CD sums up one year better than just about any other Billboard collection to date. Memories usually don't come this cheap!!! As we said in 1979, "Na Noo, Na Noo."
DISCO, COUNTRY AND BEAUTIFUL BALLADS.......2003-09-07
This excellent compilation contains four massive disco smashes, one stunning piece of power pop, three soulful ballads and one great country story song. The heavy presence of disco is to be expected since this dance style still rules the charts in 1979. I Will Survive and Y.M.C.A. became ageless club anthems, Ring My Bell is famous for its atmospheric syndrum effects and Heart Of Glass crossed the boundaries between new wave and disco in a big way. Escape (The Pina Colada Song) was a novelty hit and it still irritates me, but Just When I Needed You Most, Sad Eyes and Fire are great emotional ballads that have stood the test of time very well. The Devil Went Down To Georgia is still an amusing country song with some superb instrumental breaks. Nine great songs out of ten tracks make this one of the better Billboard compilations, reflecting all of the relevant styles that made 1979 such a great year for music.
A great mix of hits from 1979.......2002-07-24
I was 10 years old in 1979, and I remember listening to a lot of these songs on the radio, especially "Escape"(Pina Colada Song). It was one of my favorite songs back then.
This greatly eclectic mix of genres will bring back some great memories of a year that spurned some great music.
Disco was fading, but Blondie got her hooks into it with "Heart of Glass", which starts this disc off right.
"My Sharona", the one hit wonder of The Knack is on here, along with a few 70's party standards for fast dances, "I will survive", "YMCA", and "Ring my bell".
The slower songs are sad love songs: "Just when I needed you most" and "Sad Eyes".
This is fun album to have on and sing along with(karoake here i come...)in the car, or at home in the background at a party.
I've actually recognized it being played at clubs, between bands.
I am highly recommending this for 70's music fans! It's one of the greatest if not the best compliation album I've heard for that decade.

Customer Reviews:
This makes me feel like dancing!!! But only ten songs--awww..........2006-09-14
Rhino Records pulls through again with a great, inexpensive selection of hits from 1977. Listening to the CD brought back fond memories for me of happier times when my life wasn't so complicated!
The selection of songs is really very good. I especially like the romantic "Undercover Angel" by Alan O'Day; Peter Frampton doing an awesome job with " I'm In You;" the joyous and infectious melody of "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" by Leo Sayer; the rockin' "I'm Your Boogie Man" by KC & The Sunshine Band; and the playful disco classic "Car Wash" by Rose Royce. Sure, "Car Wash" is disco and so maybe it's not the best choice for a rock hits CD; but, then again, who cares? It's a fun song with a terrific beat and a well executed musical arrangement that practically begs your unconscious to jump up and start DANCING !!!
The quality of the music is great; but as always with this series that Rhino put out the liner notes are sparse. My main disappointment (and the reason I am giving this CD four stars instead of five stars) is that Rhino limited this CD series to ten songs per CD. Not eleven, not nine, not twelve--just ten and exactly ten. There's more than enough room left on the CD for at least one or two more songs--why couldn't a little more be added? Nevertheless, for the price it's a good buy.
Overall, the CD mainly stays to rock and roll but it swings a little bit into disco especially with the last track, "Car Wash." I highly recommend this CD for people who want to enjoy fond memories of years gone by and obviously this will be a delight for fans of '70s music. It's very affordable and that's always a nice plus! Enjoy this when you boogie! SMILES
When Music Meant Music.......2006-07-11
Excellent CD, Takes you back to a simplier time. Great atrists and real Music
No Eagles?.......2002-09-30
Real quick, if it doesn't have "Hotel California" or "New Kid In Town" it doesn't represent 1977.
Good Mixture Of Musical Styles.......2002-09-29
In my opinion the year of 1977 was a great year for music. Although some would say that the Disco stuff was trash, this CD blends not only rock, jazz and blues but gives us a taste of what people were dancing to in the clubs. If you are into different styles then this is the one for you.
Billboard Does It Again..........2002-07-02
I have always been a fan of compliations of this sort. Even though these songs as a wee-bit older than I, they still stand the test of time. I had originally purchased the disc for one-song, but have heard a few of the others at one time or another. Overall, I was actually quite impressed with the organization of the disc. It has a good selection of songs from 1977. "Boogie Nights," "I'm Your Boogie Man," and "Car Wash" would probably be the most well known songs on the disc. They may be disco, but perhaps that's what makes them cool. Leo Sawyer and Marvin Gaye get their chance to shine. They both do a good job of fitting in on the disc, as Gaye is a legend of sorts in the industry. Seventies icon Peter Frampton is included with "I'm In You," which I find to be a pretty good melodic tune, as is "Rich Girl," by the great duo of Hall & Oates. These guys are an excellent addition to the disc. Lastly, there is my personal fav, "Undercover Angel." Alan O'Day may not have been an icon, but he truly knows how to belt out a tune. This song is full of great melodies, awesome lyrics and overall is a nice piece of 70's nostalgia. I recommend that you pick up this disc, along with other Billboard compliations, as these guys know how to put a disc together. And by the way, Disco may not rule now, but it still is cool in a retro sort of way!

The 70's had a broad array of music... from Soft Hits that we all laugh about now, to Disco hits we all love to dance to. In Between we had some stiffs from Elton John, and songs some artists would probably rather forget about (England Dan and John Ford Coley). This box set is a must have for anyone who likes the whole 70's era!

Customer Reviews:
GOLDEN CLASSICS.......2005-09-12
THE COLLECTION COVERS ALOT OF VARIETIES OF ARTISTS, AND HAS SOME REAL CLASSICS. THESE ARE HARD TO FIND THROUGH COLLECTION SETS, BUT ARE WORTH THE PRICE. IT'S A GREAT COMBINATION OF MUSIC.
Unbeatable seventies!.......2004-07-14
This collection stands out among every single 70's song ever broadcast. Some of the ultimate landmark songs include: "I Think I Love You", "The Rapper", and the song that will blast you out of you chair, "War". Almost unbeatable and only surpassed by Billboard 1960. However, quite limited in number of songs, which are only 10 tracks. This particularly CD is pretty much duplicated in Ultimate Seventies Collection-1970. If you own that CD, this is not worth buying, unless you are looking for repeats of these great songs. My recommendation list includes: The "Ultimate Seventies" Collection, Billboard 60's, and Billboard 50's.
Great CD.......2002-11-03
I got this cd for the simple fact that it has "Vehicle" by the Ides of March. I thought the people at billboard were very wise in making the decision to add that song to this series. Other cool songs included are "The Rapper" and "Green Eyed Lady."
Recalling what was on the radio in the year 1970.......2001-12-25
Do not be fooled into thinking that the ten songs collected on any particular album in the Billboard Top Rock'N'Roll Hits series represent the top 10 singles from that year or even that they are even all #1 hits. Still, if you were tuned to the radio in 1970 you will recognize every single track in this collection. By rule of thumb with such hit albums is whether or not they add five or more new songs to my music collection. I only have three of these already on CD ("Mama Told Me (Not To Come)," "I Think I Love You" and "I Want Your Back"--I know, pretty embarrassing), and of the seven other tracks there is not one of them that I do not mind listening to, taking me back to the year 1970 when we moved from Japan to New Mexico and I started high school. The only complaint would be that there are only 10 songs, but clearly my criteria has been met. "War" and "Spirit in the Sky" are the most worthy additions, and I think I have a 45 of "Venus" some where around here. I just do not have a record player anymore. Do the math yourself, and if you also come up with five songs you would like to have, pick this puppy up. Hippo Holidays, America.
High School Days Revisited.......2000-01-22
1970, the anticipation for me of what the next four years of high school would be like. These songs definitely bring me back without a doubt, the definition of what top 40 AM radio was like. Every song on this CD is great, no fillers here, the only thing I would change about it would be to put the extended version of "Green-Eyed Lady" by Sugarloaf on it. Perfect listening.

billboard top rock&roll hits 1971.......2005-10-12
I loved listening to the song i grew up with all over again
ALL OF THEM CLASSICS.......2003-09-07
Every one of these songs is a classic and it shows the high quality of rock music in the early 1970s. The proper rock tracks include Joy To The World by the versatile Three Dog Night, Maggie May (Flipside of Reason To Believe) by Rod Stewart when he was still a rock artist, the Raiders impressive version of Indian Reservation and Black Magic Woman by Santana. One Bad Apple reminds one that teenpop was doing well in 1971 with The Osmonds, Michael Jackson, The Partridge Family and David Cassidy, while Knock Three Times by Dawn is still a brilliant pop song with a killer hook and enthusiastic vocals. Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves by Cher and Dragging The Line by Tommy James are two further pop classics with great melodies, while Treat Her Like A Lady by the obscure Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose brings back good memories. One would have liked to see Me and Bobby McGee by Janis Joplin and It's Too Late by Carole King included too, but these Billboard compilations seem to be restricted to ten tracks. Still a formidable collection that guarantees listening pleasure.
A first-rate collection of 10 Billboard hits from 1971.......2001-12-31
Hard to believe when you look at the ten songs included in "Billboard Top Rock & Roll Hits: 1971" that this is not their "Soft Rock" collection for that same year. After all, that one had Neil Diamond and Tom Jones and this one has The Osmonds and Dawn. But as long as you can trot out Rod Stewart, Santana, and Sly & the Family Stone, you are on much safer ground. Do not expect to find anything that represents really cutting edge rock'n'roll from that year, but you will find an excellent representation of what was on the charts in '71. As you probably know full well by now, the rule of thumb is whether a collection like this can give you five or more songs you would like to have around. For me this is pretty much a moot point because I already have half these tracks and while I like having "Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves" and "Indian Reservation," especially back-to-back, not only can I live without "One Bad Apple" and "Knock Three Times," I have done so quite successfully for years. Still that adds up to most of these songs being worth having if you were listening to Top 40 music way back in 1971. The strength of these albums is always as nostalgia more so than music appreciation.
Delivers What It Promises.......1998-07-01
A few of these tracks are worth the price of the CD, simply because most music lovers don't want to shell out a lot of money on anthologies of the Osmonds, Tommy James, or the Raiders; on the other hand, a lot of these tracks are so common on radio, it's doubtful that many people don't already know them backwards and forwards by now. All original hits.

Fine collection of 70s radio rock.......2003-06-24
This generous collection (clocking in at a disc-stuffing 76:55) is filled with the radio candy that kept ears glued to the dial throughout the 70s. It may very well represent the last great gasp of top-40 radio, wherein the experimental sounds of 60s FM progressive rock were strained through the pop sensibilities of the AM hit single machine. These twenty selections focus on the rock hits of the 70s, eschewing other movements like disco, teen pop, and singer/songwriters (some of which are covered on other volumes of this series).
From Boston's intricately layered "More Than a Feeling" to Lynyrd Skynyrd's anthemic "Sweet Home Alabama," the electric guitar was rock radio's focal point, with outsized riffs (courtesy of Mick Ralphs, Paul Kossoff, Steve Miller, Carlos Santana, and Duane Allman, among others) topped by swaggering vocals from the likes of Paul Rodgers (Bad Company and Free) and Lou Gramm (Foreigner). The result filled arenas and summer days-on-the-green around the world.
Even acoustic numbers like Kansas' "Dust in the Wind" and novelties like Brownsville Station's "Smokin' in the Boys Room" resound with the era's allegiance to the overboard. Covers by Santana ("Black Magic Woman," originally waxed by Fleetwood Mac) and Nazareth ("Love Hurts," originally a hit for the Everly Brothers) became amped-up icons that buried the earlier incarnations for many listeners.
Though twenty tracks barely scratches the surface -- even in this relatively narrow swath of 70s hit music -- this is a solid hour-plus of party music that's sure to revive a few memories. It's like listening to your favorite Classic Rock station without the commercials!

Album Description
Rhino's Have A Nice Day series takes you back to the days of black light posters, eight-track tapes, earth shoes, and bell-bottoms, gathering together the lone hits by those "one-or-two-shot" wonders of the '70s-with many tracks appearing on CD for the first time!
Customer Reviews:
Have a nice day! Listen to this even if it's not the best compilation..........2006-09-08
This CD offers ten of the top hits on Billboard's rock and roll chart in 1976. It was a great year for our country with our bicentennial; and the music on this CD really helps to bring back fond memories.
The songs are good and the quality of the sound is excellent. I especially liked "Dream Weaver" by Gary Wright; "Love Machine - Pt. 1" by The Miracles; "Let Your Love Flow" by The Bellamy Brothers; "Play That Funky Music" by Wild Cherry; "Fooled Around And Fell In Love" by Elvin Bishop and " All By Myself" by Eric Carmen.
Liner notes include great pictures of the performers--awesome!
I have to make this a four star review because there is no real compelling reason why Rhino Records needed to limit this CD series to ten songs on each CD. The CD weighs in at a little over 35 minutes--why not add a couple more songs? I was disappointed.
Overall, it's a good CD to bring back memories of 1976 but it's far from being comprehensive, naturally, since it's only one CD. The sound is good and I recommend this for rock and roll fans of '70s music. Enjoy! SMILES
Not bad at all, but not the best............2003-04-05
Listening to this album recently, after it collecting dust on my shelf of c.d.s', I realized this isn't the best compliation album I own. Yet, I had fun singing along with and grooving in the driver's seat to the few songs that I actually like on it.
"Don't go Breaking My heart" -- Now there is a great 70's song from the musical genuis of Elton John along with that cutesy overall wearing chick, KiKi Dee(whatever happened to her?) I know all the words to this upbeat tune.
"Dream Weaver" -- All I can think of when I hear this song is the movie, "Wayne's World". A classic smooth one hit wonder.
"Love Machine" -- In all honesty, this song could've been left off this record. I think it is a lousy song, and I am sure there are other songs out there from the year that could've put on here.
"Let your Love Flow" --Another one I know all the words, too. This was played a lot on the radio back in the mid to late 70's. It's a country rock ditty I love hearing again.
"Play that Funky music" -- A DEEMED CLASSIC ...One of the best songs I have ever danced to.It's funky, it's cool, it's very hip to this day.
"Saturday Night" -- I was never a fan of the Bay City Rollers, but I always loved this song, especially after it was used in a Mike Myers' movie, "So I married an ax murderer". Very fun, and again, another one I know by heart.
"Fooled around and fell in love" -- I'm not crazy about this song. There is nothing special about as far as I am concerned.
"I really want to see you tonight" -- Reminds me of my past boyfriends. Again, I know this word for word..I don't know why. I was 7 in 1976, but as the 70's progressed this was one song I still heard a lot and well, i didn't get it, but I liked it anyway.
"All By Myself" -- I never really liked this song, but when Nicole Kidman plays it at the funeral of her husband that she's just had murdered in "TOO DIE FOR", I couldn't help but laugh. That is all I can identify this with now.
"Theme from SWAT" __ HUH? What is this? I never listen to this, I always fast forward back to Elton John & Kiki Dee.
This is a totally mixed bag as far as compliations go. I have very few of Billboards albums in my album collection. I highly recommend the year 1979 over this one as I loved every song on that. I like most of the songs on this record, but having to skip anything to get on the next best thing doesn't make me want to recommend it.
A decent sampling of AM Radio airplay circa 1976.......2002-01-28
Listening to this hits collection reminded me that in 1976 I was NOT listening to AM radio, because this is the first Billboard album I have come across where I have only ONE of the songs ("Don't Go Breaking My Heart," courtesy of an Elton John Greatest Hits album) in my CD collection (over 1,200 albums and growing). I think I was into Progressive Rock (Yes, Jethro Tull, Strawbs) in 1976, but that does not mean I do not remember hearing every one of these songs way back when. This album certainly serves up a diverse collection of songs, usually one of the strengths of the Billboard series, with a little bit of pop (Elton John/Kiki Dee and Eric Carmen), a dash of puppy rock (Bay City Rollers), and some serious R&B (Wild Cherry and The Bellamy Brothers). I always liked the cosmic organ on Gary Wright's "Dream Weaver" and the profound sentiments of Elvin Bishop's "Fooled Around And Fell In Love." Just do not ask me to explain the national fascination with "The Theme from 'S.W.A.T.'" Bottom line: this album meets my criteria, adding five new songs to my music collection, although admittedly some of them are out of a sense of nostalgia for my youth than because they are truly great songs that have stood the test of time. This album grades out at a 4.5 in Billboard Series and gets rounded up because it personally meets my criteria for hit collections.
FANTASTIC MUSIC.......1999-09-01

So-So Selections.......1998-07-01
Poor edits of "Theme From S.W.A.T." and "Dream Weaver" make this CD less important, even though some big pop hits appear. All original versions.

The Best Year for Disco Music.......2005-03-11
I own three CD's in this series by Rhino (the other 2 being 1976 and 1977 - see my reviews), but this one is clearly the best. 1979 was the year disco music peaked. There was disco music after 1979, but they just stopped calling it disco because of the negative connotation. That year saw lots of non-disco artists jump on the disco band wagon including Rod Stewart (Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?), Paul McCartney (Goodnight Tonight), Blondie (Heart of Glass), and Barbra Streisand (The Main Event/Fight). Here is my track by track review of this CD:
1. Born to be Alive by Patrick Hernandez: An infectious rock/disco song that is great to dance to. One of my all-time favourites and a Pop hit (#16) as well. Also, Madonna got her start as a dancer for him.
2. Contact by Edwin Starr: This song did not do as well on the Pop chart as it should have, reaching only #65. A great funk/disco number.
3. Come to Me by France Joli: Although she had lots of dance hits and international hits, this was her only song to crossover and have Pop succes (#15). I still love this song even though it is almost 26 years old.
4. Ring my Bell by Anita Ward: This song has been sampled many times by rappers over the years (Marky Mark, Will Smith, etc). Disco was much maligned, but it is funny how often that driving disco beat has been recycled over the years. Very sexy song and a #1 Pop hit as well.
5. Take me Home by Cher: Cher was another artist to jump on the disco band wagon with this song. However, unlike some of the other artists who "went disco", Cher had a little bit more credibility in stepping into the genre as she was a regular at Studio 54 during that period. A great song and her last big Pop hit (#8) until late '87/early '88 when she resurfaced as the queen of the power ballad.
6. I've Got the Next Dance by Deniece Williams: Not one of Deniece's strongest records. This song only went to #73 on the Pop chart, and I think it is because even disco music at the time was constantly changing and this tune seems more like something from 1976 or 1977 as opposed to the more driving beats of 1979.
7. No One Gets the Prize/The Boss by Diana Ross: This mix presented here is great. Although I remember only hearing "The Boss" part on Top 40 radio at the time, hearing the 2 songs together sounds even better. A club classic.
8. Move on Up/Up Up Up by Destination: A fairly anonymous disco song that I had never heard until I bought this CD.
9. Hot Stuff/Bad Girls by Donna Summer: I owned this 12" back in the summer of 1979 and played it over and over. I have many Donna Summer CD's, but I am so glad Rhino provided this 12" mix of the 2 songs as I used to love playing them back during that magical Summer of '79. And it truly was the "Summer of '79" as Donna ruled the charts in 1979 with 5 Top 10 Pop Hits and 3 #1 Double Albums (the only artist to ever achieve 3 #1 double albums in one chart year).
10. I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor: A great, dramatic disco song and a #1 Pop hit as well. This possibly has been a little overplayed over the years, but I still love it.
All of the songs on this CD are #1 Disco hits except "Take me Home" which went to #2. A great compilation of the Top Disco songs of 1979. Relive the magic!
THE HEYDAY OF DISCO.......2003-09-07
The year saw the culmination of the disco era; in the next decade dance music became Hi-NRG and lost some of its melodic appeal and variety. Born To Be Alive by Patrick Hernandez is a brilliant piece of passionate disco with lots of hooks and a great tune, while Anita Ward's Ring My Bell introduced the syndrum to great effect, I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor is a powerful anthem and the Hot Stuff/Bad Girls mix is an ageless classic, a devastating dance piece containing two of Donna Summer's greatest hits from the year when she dominated the Billboard charts with at least four hits from her brilliant Bad Girls album. At one stage during that year, these songs occupied the No. 1 and 2 positions on the Billboard Hot 100 for a couple of weeks. Both Hot Stuff and Bad Girls featured heavy rock guitar, representing a dramatic break from Summer's earlier synth and strings sound. The other songs have aged surprisingly well although they don't quite have the status of classics. This album is ideal for parties but also offers great listening enjoyment.
Excellent!.......1999-06-05
The songs in this collection are amazing! Donna Summer, Cher, and Diana Ross are just some of the divas that are included in this collection. Hot Stuff and Bad Girls are in here in an extended version, longer than that of the album version. Diana Ross' "No one gets the prize/ the boss" are mixed nicely together. Overall, I recommend this CD. It has great sound and it is a nice way to get acquainted with Disco's greatest stars.

Just a glance at the song titles transports me back to that year!.......2005-12-07
How can Mr. Bernabo not remember four of the songs on this compilation? If you had the radio on much during this era, you heard them all! I must admit that I didn't quite care for "Hot Child in the City", and "Lay Down Sally" got burnt out from too much airplay back then, but all the rest are treasures! "Baby Come Back" and "I Go Crazy" stll give me a pang in my heart just like they did back in those jr.high days when a lot of time was spent at the roller rink! "We Are the Champions" deserved to be the opener as this was probably the biggest classic from this time. I'm glad to see "Reminiscing" on here too. Definitely a song "reminiscent" of this year. I'm sure some good ones were left off this collection but I can't really think of what they'd be without seeing a list of hits from this year. One song that comes to mind is "On and On" by Stephen Bishop. Anyone remember that song? That was a much-played song when I was in 8th grade. I guess it may have been released in 1977 but was still being played in 1978. Anyway, I think this collection is a good representation of what was on the radio that year and if they bring back happy memories for you, you'll think it well worth the (...).

A good selection of songs but not without its faults....not enough songs and the track listings could be consistent!.......2006-09-11
This CD installment of Billboard's Top Hits for 1975 offers great sound and music that easily brings back fond memories. It's a great CD for fans of '70s music. The quality of the sound is good, too.
The CD has some great songs. I really like "Sister Golden Hair;" "Love Will Keep Us Together;" "When Will I Be Loved" and "Get Down Tonight." Awesome!
On the other hand, it would have been nice had Rhino Records bothered to get the track listings straight! On the front of the CD the songs are listed in a different order than they are on the back of the CD liner notes. That leaves me wondering: was there a typographical error or were the songs ranked by popularity on the front cover of the liner notes? A mystery. Not good.
The Rhino Records Billboard series has another flaw: There can only be ten songs per CD. When a CD like this weighs in at only a skimpy 35 minutes, they certainly could have added another two songs with no problem whatsoever. Why not make this a better compilation by adding another two songs? I don't get it.
The liner notes include great black and white photos of some of the bands on this CD as well as news headlines from 1975. Great!
Overall, this is a great budget CD for fans of '70s rock and people who want to remember those great memories of those years. I myself truly enjoyed most of the songs on this CD; the other songs weren't bad either. On the other hand, the track listing inconsistency creates a mystery and the limit of ten songs leaves me wanting a little bit more than what I got.
Four stars for being a good CD which could have been a great CD if it didn't have a few problems.
Some great hits!.......2000-06-15
I love most of the songs on this cd. I feel it is a nice compilation, with a few exceptions, but overall, it is a good buy. I recommend it for all fans of 70s music.
