About the Artist
Michael Hardee is a 28-year old single male who was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He has an older brother that resides in New Mexico. His parents still reside in Birmingham. The solid American lifestyle that his parents provided clearly shines through in Michael's personality the moment you meet him. He's jovial, quick witted and fun to be around. He's interested in what you have to say, polite and willing to help whenever and wherever he can. His childhood was filled with baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. Michael was also exposed to music at an early age, especially by his grandmother, Dorothy (Mimi) Lerner. She founded the Meridian Symphony Orchestra in Meridian, Mississippi and was a tremendous influence musically in Michael's life.
In junior high he joined the choir and the show choir and from there finding Randy Travis' CD "Old 8 x 10" and singing along with Garth Brooks' CD "No Fences" he certainly found his niche. Throughout college and after Michael enjoyed singing with bands and at weddings. So, when the opportunity presented itself, to take it to the next level professionally, Michael was more than excited.
Upon completion of his freshman CD "Reaching for that Big Brass Ring", Michael looks forward to the performances and hard work ahead of him. He anticipates beginning work on his next project in the near future.
