Gary Flood & The Wharfratts are not your "typical country band", they dabble in every style of music that Texas has to offer. These "good ole boys" straight out of Seabrook, Tx. have created quite a storm in every bar and festival they have played. This is my favorite "backdeck relaxation" CD. The sounds are perfect when I'm in the mood to drink a couple of cold ones and chill out while my dinner sizzles on the pit. These guys are in tune with the new sounds of alternative country and mix it up with a little rock and roll. I highly reccommend this CD and look forward to the next one.

I have the CD and have listened to it a lot, the more I listen the more I like it. It grows on you real quick. All the songs are orignal and before you know it your singing along with Gary. and what a name Gary Flood it just sounds right, I play it a work and everyone expects me to serve them an ice cold beer. If you love the coast you'll love this music. It's so nice to hear something new and different. Great Job

... I am a huge fan of Gary Flood and the Wharfratts. Face it people, Jimmy Buffet is long gone. This is the new Jimmy upcomming Buffet. If you love some chillin by the bay music, you will love this cd and no doubt in your mind to purchase this CD. Take from me (the music buff of Texas), you'll love it.!!!
