Crosswords.......2005-01-13
There are a couple really good songs on this album but overall it doesn't begin to compare to a couple earlier releases that are absolutely outstanding. They are "Crosswords" and "aka Lorenzo". I have collected hundreds of folk, countryfolk, bluegrass, country albums, etc and although these defy strict classification they are a couple of my all time favorites. Very clever upbeat, catchy songs that you can't help singing to yourself all day long. I would beg Amazon to make them available!

Larry Hosford continues to work hard at playing tunes and spinning stories of life & love out west. I've seen him at live acts often here in central California and am very thankful to have some fresh material to listen to while stuck in hiway one traffic by the bay.
Followers of Larry's style will be satisfied as well.
