Customer Reviews:
Fabulous for any Broadway-lover.......2007-01-30
Packs into 5 CD's a sampling of Broadway tunes from the 20's thru (almost) today, mostly from original cast recordings. Includes not just well-known hits, but also some lesser-known gems. Sound quality is first rate, booklet is informative too. Have given this as a gift to several friends with rave reviews.
Top Shelf.......2007-01-04
This is THE definitive collection of Broadway hits. I have other collections, and none of them measure up. A great deal of care was obviously taken in compiling and presenting this box set. It covers a lot of ground, starting with some long-forgotten but still very enjoyable hits from the days of yore, and finishing with present-day favorites. To the best of my knowledge, the recordings are by those who made them famous. You won't be disappointed.
TERRIFIC CD'S.......2006-03-23
THESE BROADWAY MUSICALS CD'S ARE A BROADWAY LOVERS DREAM. WITH EACH SONG, MEMORIES COME FLOODING BACK. BOTH THE FAMILIAR AND THE FORGOTTEN SONGS ARE A TRUE LISTENING PLEASURE. IF YOU LIKE BROADWAY, YOU'LL LOVE THIS SET.
Great Collection of Broadways greatest Songs .......2005-06-14
This Collection was perfectly made it has almost all the most famous Broadway songs on this 5 cd set. The Music is great and has Broadways greatest treasures like "Memory""People""With One Look""Give my regards Too Broadway" just to name a few of this numerous cd set with over 100 songs. This is a great buy if you like musicals or The music of Broadway
Great Compilation!.......2005-01-17
If you are a fan of the Broadway Musicals, this is a collection that you should purchase. Since I got the 5 disc set I've enjoyed listening to it. The majority of the songs are done by the original singers. The collection is priceless considering that you will have over 100 songs from popular musicals since the beginning of Broadway

Customer Reviews:
"Simply a Stunner".......2006-07-21
Ideal for an opera lover, or for anyone who loves gorgeous singing. I am an opera nut and was introduced to this one by accident; "Au gond du temple saint" from Pearl Fishers (selection #6, disc one) was playing on the stereo in the Metropolitan Opera giftshop when I walked in at intermission one night. I thought it was so stunning I bought my first copy of the CD then and there; and have bought 2 other "back-up copies" since then, as well as having it on my iPod.
Good choice for opera lovers........2001-08-16
If you are in search of a cd containing various popular pieces from the greatest operas in the world, then search no more. This cd contains classic operatic pieces, sung by some of the most talented tenors and sopranos out there, including Placido Domingo. Madame Butterfly's Un Bel Di and Turandot's Nessun Dorma are, without a doubt, two of the most emotional and dramatic songs ever composed. Fortunately, this inexpensive two cd set includes those songs and many more. This cd is a delight to own, whether or not you've ever attended an opera.

Customer Reviews:
Good but there's better dieselboy out there..............2003-08-04
I have to say that pretty much anything dieselboy puts out is not only worth buying but is also some of the best dnb has to offer, so that being said, this release from him just doesnt seem to match some of his later stuff or even 97 octane. All in all this is a great dnb cd and is worth every penny spent on it, but if youve never heard dieselboy before I wouldnt start with this one.
Fast, hard, and deep. . ........2002-01-18
I bought this mix back in '99 and I haven't wore it out yet. It shows up through my cycling of my CD's every month or more and it's always a thrill. It's one of his older, more aggressive mixes and, while I find myself more atracted to rolling, lighter D&B nowadays, this one is still essential in my collection. I have agree with another reviewer who said he really liked the transition from track five to six.
Furious Beats Mixed by the best Jungle DJ.......2001-08-19
When I first heard about this album, one reviewer told me that the symbolism behind the title was that in the trance-pop infested 90's world of raves, Drum and Bass artists are thrown into some back corner and never given any love or respect. Thus, they are called soldiers. Although a little skeptical of this theory, I couldn't help thinking about it once I heard track one open with "Welcome to the HEV mark four..." as if the DJ you're about to hear is preparing for all out war.
Musically speaking, that's not too far away from the truth. Right from the start Dieselboy pumps up the beats to a furious tempo blended with dark undertones and keeps the tensions high throughout the rest of the album. The tone is always dark but extremely energetic and Higgins' (Dieselboy) mixing skill is top notch! I always enjoy listening to this album and I think Dieselboy's music here is not only representative of modern Jungle style but also of the D&B artist community. This CD is the paragon of Jungle music.
WOW!!!.......2001-02-23
The intense beat NEVER LET'S UP! It keeps going and going and going....This is the best Drum and Bass you can buy. My favorite part is where that raw bass starts pounding in The Beckoning and Sawn Off. Equally impressive was the wonderful sound effect from Half-Life and Quake 2 in the intro; they really set the right mood, even if it makes the HEV seem more like a mech-suit than an enviroment shield. But that's beside the point. Let's see...another great track is The Bellz. It assaults your ears with so many sounds and beats you can't concentrate on them all. But don't take my word, go buy it if you're interested in this kind of music at all.
phat trax / hard all the way through.......2000-07-08
These are some very fast very hard tracks, Dieselboy has the tempo cranked up through the whole CD which I don't necessarily mind but I would like to hear the tracks in more detail at original tempo. Compared to System Upgrade the production is alot higher IMO, System Upgrade distorts a bit on my system at high volumes whereas this is smooth smooth smooth and very hard all the way through with no static and/or distortion. Also the tracks are very consistent style, maintaining a nice dark and fast atmosphere through the whole CD, without getting too tedious (i.e. there are some different styles of bass terrorism interspersed with noise terrorism and some random ear piercing terrorism to keep things varied). As usual his mixing is smooth and things flow nicely from one track to the next with only a couple sudden cuts which work one way or another.

Customer Reviews:
Good, but ancient........2006-03-13
To be absolutely honest-this is terrible when compared to MODERN (2005-2006) happy hardcore music. This CD was the beginning of a genre which was just learning proper form. Also, keep in mind, music synthesis technology in 1997 was not what is today in 2006 (then imagine where we'll be later on). With all that stated, here is some actually information on the album:
Happy2Hardcore is full of music pushing the tempo meter beyond what most people would enjoy listening to, and yet the music is well mixed and fun (though cheesy is a good description). DJ Anabolic Frolic is a very talented DJ (better in his later works) and there are no mixing flaws in this whatsoever.
If you enjoy the retro-techno sound, then this disc if for you, but if you find yourself a fan of DJ Tiesto, and expect that sound out of this disc, try something else. Don't buy this CD if you are new to the genre of electronic music (the non-pop stuff), or have little appreciation of experimental music.
It opened up Americas eyes.......2005-01-09
Chris Samojlenko aka Anbolic Frolic set off his H2BH series with this golden album. Funny how this album has an old skool feel yet produced in January 1997. Some tracks date back to 1992. For those whom know. It was his first and it wouldn't be his last.
Much respect Chris!
Hmmmmm.......2004-08-08
Hehe.... One time someone told this CD was made to be hated.. LOL.... The CD isnt all that bad (I've heard worse). I mean I can stand some songs. Its really because I'm a trancefreak BIG TIME! Never did acquire a taste happy hardcore....sounds like house on speed. I really dont recommend this CD at all...dont waste your money (I didnt... friend gave it to me.... now i know why he gave it away...lol), but if you're into all that jazz, dive right in.
WHAM BAM HAPPYCORE!!!!.......2004-01-28
This cd takes it back to the days of tru in your face happycore!!! Of course, the best way to hear this is with a giant speaker set up and all your friends dancin with you!!! but its great to listen to and imagine the good times :0D This is very differant from the UK Hardcore they got comin out now, and although i love UK Hardcore too, this will always always have a special place in my heart!!! Gotta love that cheese!!!
Great Old Skool!.......2003-10-30
Happy 2B Hardcore Chapter One is great! If you were partying back in the day or want something that sounds like you were, then this is it. It's fab and it's super upbeat. They don't make happycore like this anymore. The beat is fast and the lyrics are fun. It never gets old for me.

Ferry Rocks! My favorite DJ !!!.......2007-05-11
Since 2005 I have been listening to Ferry Corsten's music and i must say that this is one of his best CD's out there it is the style of music ive been looking for in a DJ. Alot of his earlier music was softer trance but, this one has alot of funky progressive beats the kind I crave! Ferry Corten is my favorite DJ and I hope he keeps the fans and crowds rocking for years to come. If you want a CD that will keep you moving and feeling funky purchase this CD you won't be dissapointed! Way to go Ferry - I love ya!
barely listenable..........2006-05-18
This album is a half- a**ed rip-off. I've certainly heard most of these tracks before, and the ones I haven't heard.... it's because I wouldn't buy the albums they're on! This is overly-polished studio hackery at its worst! Not only that, I keep feeling like I should do the New Kids on the Block sailor dance every time I hear that Rock Your Body track. Plus the DVD sucks.
Back in time... and back again.......2006-01-31
Many people always look with disdain upon people who create dance music. As if dance music automatically flows out of a computer or sequencer. That creating dance music takes an effort and a high level of creativity (as well as computer programming skills), is often forgotten. Corsten's album is a product of a highly creative spirit and a great 'feel' for the right sounds and moods. It is nothing like his remix albums, but has a striking originality to it.
On this album, Ferry Corsten shows that he is not only a great DJ, but also has genuine music producer skills. The album is a blend of Eighties-style disco, and present-day trance. Often vocoders are used, and all of the songs are very melodic without becoming boring.
Even if you're not into trance music, but you like melodic, electronic music, you will probably like this album.
Wow.......2005-07-16
Okay the ONLY reason I even looked up his name was because of a remix he did for Ayumi Hamasaki that I LOVE (Ayumi hamasaki - WHATEVER -(Ferry 'System F' Corsten Vocal Edit Mix]), and hearing this cd of his own work is even greater. I seriously plan to but this album soon, but I have all of Ayumi's to buy first. Check out Ayumi Hamasaki if you love remixes, she has over 65 albums, remix albums, and cd singles.
Border Community Loves Us.......2005-01-12
Ferry Corsten is a hard working DJ. For this he deserves nothing less but 5 stars. However this tiny review is targeting his sound. If you love this music, then you are ready to go further up the ladder. Check out Luke Chable, Nick Warren, James Holden, even maybe Sander Kleinenberg, however I do not see anyone just switching from Corsten to Kleinenberg, that will require some musical aging and concentration.
I cannot describe to you how much you might be missing if you are one of those people who think that there is nothing above DJ Corsten. Anyone who can appreciate a good night with Digweed, a set by Howells, some profound Tenaglia mixing, Kleinenbergs' unstoppable struggle for deeper pleasures. Yes!!! If you need a sweet techno fix, check out Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, AGORIA, Da:Wachman

With a stripped-down list of members and a lean, tech-pop sound, Gus Gus's Attention gets more from less, building a lively, kinetic sound that draws heavily from old-school acid house and new-school electro. Instead of taking the usual crowd of filmmakers, artists, and even some musicians into the studio, only a trio of regular members contributed to Attention, along with vocalist Earth, whose pipes give the record's spare rhythms an edge of diva-funk. It can make for a pretty sexy sound, as tracks like "David" (featuring the provocative refrain "I still have last night in my body") attain a hands-in-the-air momentum. But overall, the diversity of the music is what keeps the record afloat, as Gus Gus piece together an aggressively modern sound from a cleverly chosen selection of early techno influences. Throughout the record, the synths are as bright as anything you'd find at an early '90s hyper-rave, but they're often integrated into synth-pop structures; "Unnecessary" sounds like something Soft Cell might be recording right now in a perfect world. While the record's jumbled approach starts to wear itself out toward the end, Gus Gus have the requisite big ears and open minds to keep it interesting. --Matthew Cooke
Customer Reviews:
icey hot electro funk.......2005-07-06
I just found out that these guys are going to play live in dc again soon and ended up listening to this disc again. Memories of how this scaled- down group from Iceland thoroughly rocked the 9:30 club a few years ago came flooding back. Apparantly some people still can't get past the fact that Gus Gus are no longer a nine piece mega-circus who make spooky downtempo albums for 4ad. To those people I say please GET OVER IT. Granted "Polydistortion" was a fantastic and timeless release, and in my opinion, "This is Normal" was mediocre. Still, the same electric Gus Gus heart beats strong throughout "Attention", only it's a bit dirtier, nastier, and funkier. This album grabbed my attention from beginning to end with it's raw electro and techno beats more geared for the dancefloor than the fat chair. There are still plenty of beautiful synths and textures throughout, just a bit more minimal and sparringly applied. The production on this recording is superb and they display a well-schooled knowledge of electronic dance music's history. There are very electro-sounding tracks on here as well as trancey and stomping, soaring techno-based songs. And no,these guys are not to be confused with the whole crap electro-clash scene or forgettable trance pap by the likes of Oakey or Paul VanDyke or whatever boring as sin cookie cutter designer hipster drivel is being made currently. There is a very cool Icelandic feel throughout the disc and singer Earth warms things up with some of the most soulful vocals to be found anywhere today. This is a very accessable and extroverted release that should be in any lover of electronic dance music's collection. This is not for people who can't get over the past or have a problem with dancing.
Gus Gus what happened happened?!.......2005-03-07
I've been listening to Gus Gus for a LOOOONG time, I have several of their remix singles, I have every album before this one and I've seen them live once. I was excited to get this album, albeit a bit wary knowing going in that the line up of the group was not the same as the other albums. I'm glad I got this album used and not new because I am really disappointed.
There is really only one great song on this album and that is "David". There are one or two other tracks that are ok, but passable. I like the new vocalist, its a shame the backing beats are so stupid. I'm a electronica freak but one of my biggest pet peeves is overuse of the high hat in the percussion and this album has high hat misuse ALL OVER IT. Not only is it annoying, but it is a completely unimaginative use of percussion. If you want to know who the Masters are of complicated and sophisticated programming, turn to Oakenfold or BT. These songs on this album are like nails on a chalkboard, they are so bad. I tried to like it, I really did. But I simply can not stand the programming done on this album. Like another reviewer stated, they are simple and sound like some beginner high school group playing around with their new keyboards. The tracks without any vocals are simply unlistenable. They remind me of bad happy hardcore back from the day. People, aren't we past that? No depth, hardly any layering, no substance. Just that damned incessant wretched screeching high hat that I hate so much. Sound like hitting a trash can with a stick over and over. With all the advancements that have been made in electronic music in the past 15 years, this is the best you could do?
I bought it, I'm ripping "David" onto my computer and I'm reselling it. Gus Gus, call me when you get the rest of the gang back and can make a decent album.
Gus Gus is On On.......2005-01-15
Don't miss this one, folks. Soooo listenable, over and over. Earth (purrrrr!!!), Biggi, Buckmaster, and President Bongo lay down trippy, frozen beats from trippy, frozen Iceland. Unique, smart, and icy.
Work in Progress.......2004-12-24
It's not easy to describe a group comprised of nine members in one record and three in the next, who are alternately jazzy and raucous, whose vocalists range from the sealskin smooth tenor of Daniel August to the puffin blubber mezzo of Earth and who dish out EVERYTHING with no holds barred electronic orchestration. But such is Gus Gus, based on their albums a work in progress from day one. They have been around for about a decade now but I just discovered them in 2004 and I count them my favorite new group. Hands down. Their music is all over the place - smooth jazzy ballads (Desire) to wild falsetto romps (Barry) to contrapuntally complex bleep and pop etudes (I.I.E.) and Matthew Herbert-style eJazz (Cold Breath). But they have produced some absolute killer tracks: Call of the Wild, David, Gun and Barry to name my favorites. Whatever has changed over time with this group, some demonic core remains in full control producing great music. Their website promises a new disk in early 2005 and I can't wait.
Bipolar- It's great! It's not that great!.......2004-10-14
How could an album be so polarized? It seems the members of Gus Gus came up with a few killer tracks and then added filler to make an album. Songs like "David" and "Desire" are completely amazing, in so many ways. These and a couple other songs will appeal to a broad diversity of musical tastes. They give you chills. Gus Gus bridges musical genres to come up with completely original music, and the great vocals are the icing on the cake. There are tweaked guitars to classical piano, then super produced synths. The rest are mediocre tracks, and then some garbage. That's why I had to regrettably give "Attention" 2.5 stars. If only I could rate the singles.

Product Description
The Raga Cycle at the Palace Theatre in Paris, 1972 showcased Pandit Pran Nath at the peak of his powers. The Raga Cycle took place over three consecutive days. Friday, May 28th night ragas, Saturday May 29th, late afternoon ragas and Sunday, May 30th morning and mid-day ragas. These three concerts stand as a truly awe-inspiring monument, an example of perfection of the high Art of Hindustani music by one of the greatest masters of the Kirana Gharana. Kirana, a small village north of New Delhi, produced many of the giants of Indian classical vocal music. Among them, Ustad Abdul Waheed Khansahib, Pran Nath-ji's guru, and the immensely popular Ustad Abdul Kareem Khan. One of the undeniable beauties of Indian Classical Music is its strong connection to nature and especially the binding relationship of Raga melodies to their appropriate time of day. An elegant curve of melody, a subtle lowering of pitch, or an assertiveness attached to a particular note helps to define the effect of a Raga. There are Ragas for all the times of day and night as well as seasons, and when they are sung at their appropriate time their effectiveness is noticeably enhanced. Pandit Pran Nath's knowledge of this musical science was extraordinary and he made it his life's work to probe deeply with his expressive voice the true character of each raga using his matchless pitch discrimination and compelling emotional range.

DJ Baby Anne is the absolute best music mix artist in the industry!
Ghetto,Dope Ass Breaks.......2005-05-11
This is breaks, ghetto style and straight from the breaks capital of the world,Orlando,FL.In this mix,the bass queen never lets up.There's enough power in this album to bring down a house.Just put this baby on and let it play.Go on ,and go buy this if you like dance music
Florida style at its best.......2003-11-17
This is one of my fav albums by babyanne.I can actually call this a mix,in which I can let the entire thing play and not get bored! If your a breaks fan go pick this one up
Not the best, but still good.......2003-10-27
I bought this after buying her Mixed Live in Las Vegas CD and I truly feel spoiled by the Las Vegas CD. "I'm About to Break," lacks the intensity that Las Vegas has right from first track all the way through the whole CD. I.A.T.B. does not really get going until about half way through the set and when it does get there it feels like it still has not quite hit that peake you would expect from mid-point of the set. For me this CD is good for backround music because it just does not make me want to move my a** like the Las Vegas set does. But it is still a good set of tunes to hear while you are already preoccupied with something else. Avoid this if you are only a casual breakbeat/techno listener. I Highly reccommend the Mixed Live in Las Vegas release to anyone remotely interested in any type of high energy dance music. This one is really only for devoted Baby Anne fans.
Ghetto breaks :).......2003-04-25
We all love baby Anne- shes great at what she does and as far as ghetto florida breaks go, shes the bst. But in all honesty I was a bit dissapointed in the track selection this time around. Though Im not sure thats really her fault, Florida breaks have kind of been lacking for a few years, in my own opinion.
Also, I wanted to quickly state my opinion about the review before mine...to the "club dj" who cant say who he is...what are you doing mixing already mixed cds? And why cant you name the names of the tunes, and not call them by numbers? In any case, I do not think you are for real and next time you shoudl at least try to write a more convincing review :)
But, back to baby anne...if you like this, then I recommend grabbing her bass queen in the mix cds. Both are absolute gems and she absolutely shines on both disks.

A good collection.......2007-05-14
Unlike the huge names, collections by Allen are not many - plenty of his opera performances are recorded, but there are only a few collections. My voice teacher recommended I listen to him to understand better how to deliver power without weight, something we've been working on. Yes, it's all in English, but that's fine, and the quality of Allen's instrument comes through very well.
A Musician of Great Dignity and Style.......2005-07-27
Sir Thomas Allen is one of the enduring baritones who has been able to move throughout the operatic repertoire and the recital stage with intelligence, informed characterization, and immaculate musicianship. To have a recording of some of the roles he has inhabited at this point in his career is a gift (this CD was recorded in 2003). To have the added challenge of retaining the stature of the roles while sung in English translations at the request of Chandos is a credit to his abilities and communicative powers.
English is a difficult language to make musical, though saying that abruptly is countered by the fact that some of the most beautiful operas in history are by Benjamin Britten, a composer who truly understood his native tongue and kept it as fluid as the soaring melodies he wrote, as Thomas Allen proves here in 'Billy in the Darbies' from Britten's 'Billy Budd'. It is the other major arias from Korngold to Wagner to Tchaikovsky to Rossini, Bizet, Mozart, Gounod, Verdi, Thomas, Strauss, and Lehar that Allen proves that English translations do not detract at all from the performances!
For those purists who prefer opera sung in the original language (and for those who don't even need supertitles in the opera house!), then this recording may provide a temporary barrier to respecting Allen's singing. But once caught up in the ease with which he moves from style to style and comedy to drama, it is hard not to relinquish old preferences and not be wholly impressed with the beauty of the voice and the warmth and dignity of this fine musician. Highly recommended. Grady Harp, July 05
Passed the "Opera in English" test with flying colors........2005-07-04
For me, the test here was Figaro's Cavatina, from Rossini's Barber of Seville - sung in English, as is this entire compilation of 14 operatic favorites, sung by baritone Sir Thomas Allen. Could he pull it off? Could Chandos pull it off? The answer is an unequivocal, unqualified yes! The secret in singing classics in English, that were written and scored in another language, is in three things: pacing, vocal agility and appreciation for "fit", and what greater test for tongue and timing than Figaro? When you listen to this one song, you will understand why Chandos and its benefactor, Sir Peter Moores have such a passion for their Opera in English series. Sir Allen's voice is a matured unmistakably settled baritone voice that contains a lifetime's worth of understanding of the music and words he imparts through his magnificent delivery. For example, when he sings, Tchaikovsky's "You have my love and devotion" from The Queen of Spades, he delivers a smooth and deeply emotional rendition that lacks nothing in translation. Wagner's "Turning my gaze upon this proud assembly", from Tannhäuser is another example of how fine, full orchestration behind a seasoned voice that waxes eloquent with every phrase, can create a mood of relaxed familiarity with word and music, that may be lacking when sung in another tongue. Great Operatic Arias, serves up a smorgasbord of tunes that are familiar, made more so by the care and attention given to creating a place for the Opera in English series in every home library. The mood here is romantic, relaxed and with few exceptions consistent throughout. If you haven't heard Opera in English, this might be a good way to start, given the fact that the listener gets to sample how different composers might sound in other than German, Italian or French. You might be surprised to discover that when done with care, as is obviously the case here, the sound is about as good as it gets. As an added bonus, the booklet that comes with the CD is full of pictures, libretto in English, and biography that gives us a good insight into history of the singer and his identifying rolls.

If You Only Buy 1 Dieselboy CD..........2004-01-13
...matter of fact, if you only buy one tech-step cd in your entire life then make it this one. Dieselboy's "The 6ixth Session" comes behind this one as 2nd, it may be a double cd and may be darker, but System Upgrade is pound for pound Dieselboy's best/most solid mix album, I pop it in the cd player and let it flow all the way through start to finish, you can't go wrong with a set like that.
If only one cd could single-handedly represent and define the genre of Tech-Step D&B, then System Upgrade is the answer. Buy now!
This Is It.......2003-11-20
As I said in my title, this album is IT. For me, this is one of my top five commercially-available d&b mixes of all time. What does it for me on this album is the progression, the energy, and the flow. In addition to picking out some very memorable tracks, just about every mix seems "logical," not that attitude of "Hey, listen to these two stormers I can mix." In other words, the mixes allow the tracks to complement each other, rather than just pile up drum parts and create white noise. The entire mix manages to maintain energy, and contains several "high points" that serve to really make the hair on the back of my neck stand up when I hear them, even for the millionth time or so. Finally, and possibly most importantly, the mix flows. By the end of the disc, the music is somewhere other than where it started. It progresses from front to back while still maintaining some common elements and loops throughout to give it unity. With all this said, however, just check it out. Seriously. Strap on a pair of good headphones, sit back, and it will all make sense...
Greatest dieselboy album to date '02.......2002-04-24
This is his greatest work to date, that includes his latest release - "Project Human". Seriously, he even admits in the linear notes that this is the sound that he has been working to achieve all the way through his previous albums. And he hasn't been able to top this one since. All his albums are pure dope, but this album is a pure masterpiece!
have we changed songs yet?.......2001-04-28
I have to admit that even though i am a big fan of diesel boy, this cd was very boring. The beats are too similar on every track, and the cd as a whole just has no "feeling" to it. If you want to hear him at his best, by 97 octane.
scorchingly so-so.......2001-01-15
In this mix, restless drumz careen your way at breakneck speeds, riding atop phearsome bolts of headstrong bass. There's no shortage of sonic energy here, and Dieselboy's mixing is uber-tight.
Still, I'm kind of disappointed. I prefer wild, original beats in hard jungle, but the underlying beats change little over the course of the entire disc. Predictability is boring, and this mix offers few surprises. Don't get me wrong -- it has its high points, such as E-Sassin's "Symptom", Dom & Roland's "Can't Punish Me", Technical Itch's "Deadline", and the wicked bass globs in Hive's "Ultrasonic Sound". Even so, I don't feel this CD is worth the money I paid for it.
