About the Artist
They're the ass-kicking, money-maker-shaking love child of old, new, borrowed, & blue - a long-awaited tribute to those lost years when Elvis sang Hank Williams tunes with Black Sabbath while Duke & Satchmo called out the changes. They've come to call it COUNTRIFUNKED JAZZABILLY, but in reality it's just where rock & roll would've been if it hadn't wasted all that time on hairspray. Solid musicianship with plenty of twang, soul, authenticity, and a damned good beat.

Grown out of the hinters of Northeastern Pennsyltucky, THE UNPRONOUNCEABLE's personnel consists of the four Beefalo Brothers, Chuck (drums & percussives), Chip (guitar, bass fiddle, & banjo), Chet (guitar, bass fiddle, ebonies & ivories), & Jorge (guitar, bass fiddle, & singin'). Originally brought together by their love of good music under the tutilage of their mentor, the elusive Father Pepe, the Brothers struck out on their own circa 1997 and soon found themselves to have become a refreshing fixture in the blossoming Lehigh Valley music scene. Over the past few years, these four handsome fellows have also thrown themselves into the Greater New York Metropolitan music scene, swapping instruments in front of audiences at city venues as well as a host of northeast universities. They've borrowed the souls of some of rock & roll's greatest founding members, and the stunning result amazes everyone lucky enough to see them.

5 out of 5 stars They get better and better..........2005-11-02

As expected, I am completely thrilled with the new album and it has remained in my player for weeks (this gives it a VERY high status; I change CDs like I change my jeans). There is no better driving music! Mostly original with awesome hooks that you won't find in pop music crap, and the covers are unexpected, fun and terrifically done. I just can't say enough about it...great lyrics, great music, great band.
